Cancellation
Guests who need to cancel a booking must contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be refunded in accordance with the following conditions:
Cancellations are accepted exclusively in writing or by email, stating the booking number. If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- For cancellation up to four weeks before arrival: no cancellation fees, full refund of the deposit;
- For cancellation up to two weeks before arrival, the cancellation fees amount to 25% of the total rental sum;
- For cancellation from two weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation fees amount to 50% of the total rental sum;
- In the event of a no-show, the full rental sum is due. We advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance.
In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking with us, please note that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability towards you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, whether of a permanent or temporary nature, Casa La Vall is entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part or to temporarily suspend it, without the guest being entitled to claim performance and/or compensation. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: the threat of war, war, insurrection, strikes, boycotts, disruptions in the energy supply, traffic or transport disruptions, government measures, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and extraordinary weather conditions, the death of one of the operators or close relatives of the operators, etc., as a result of which full or partial performance of the agreement cannot reasonably and fairly be demanded from Casa La Vall.
