House Rules

• Smoking is only permitted in the garden. Smoking in the rooms (including balconies) and in common indoor areas is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of these rules, we will charge a cleaning fee of €250.
• Pets are not allowed. In case of violation of this, your stay will be cancelled immediately and a cleaning fee of €250 will be charged. Any damage is at your own expense.
  
• We do not have facilities for (small) children. Therefore, we only welcome guests aged 12 and older.
  
• Respect other guests. We ask that you do not make noise between 23:00 and 08:00.
  
• Swimming pool rules apply in and around the pool. Do not jump. Do not dive. Shower before entering the water. If you suffer from diarrhea, you may not enter the water. Glassware is prohibited in and around the pool. You may use plastic glasses. If glassware breaks and falls into the pool, the entire pool must be emptied, cleaned, and refilled. All costs incurred will be charged to you.
